C. Information Collected by Third-Party Service Providers
In addition to the Company's direct collection of information, third-party service vendors engaged by the Company, including but not limited to mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance providers, and escrow service companies, may independently collect PII from Visitors and Authorized Customers in the course of providing their respective services. The Company does not control the data practices of these third parties; however, the Company requires that such vendors disclose how they use any PII received in connection with the Services. Some third-party vendors serve solely as intermediaries within the distribution chain and do not independently store, retain, or use such information beyond the immediate transaction.

III. Communications and Express Consent

YOUR CONSENT ALSO CONSTITUTES EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT TO YOUR PAST RECEIPT OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE COMPANY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

BY SUBMITTING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION, YOU FURTHER REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT: (I) YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE; (II) YOU RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES (OR CANADA, IN WHICH CASE THE CANADIAN-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS BELOW SHALL APPLY); (III) YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED THE PROVIDED TELEPHONE NUMBER(S) ON A NATIONAL OR STATEWIDE DO-NOT-CALL LIST, OR YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY SUCH REGISTRATION FOR PURPOSES OF THE COMPANY'S COMMUNICATIONS; (IV) YOU ARE THE AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT HOLDER OF, OR POSSESS THE REQUIRED AUTHORIZATION TO PROVIDE, THE TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESSES SUBMITTED; AND (V) THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE, AND YOU WILL PROMPTLY NOTIFY THE COMPANY IF ANY SUCH ACCOUNT IS TRANSFERRED OR RELEASED TO ANOTHER PARTY.

C. No Purchase Condition
CONSENT TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASING ANY PROPERTY, GOOD, OR SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY, AND YOU MAY ACCESS THE SERVICES WITHOUT PROVIDING SUCH CONSENT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW.

D. Communication Frequency
THE FREQUENCY OF COMMUNICATIONS WILL VARY. INDIVIDUAL SALES PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY WILL DETERMINE COMMUNICATION FREQUENCY BASED ON THE NATURE OF YOUR INQUIRY AND THE STATUS OF ANY ONGOING TRANSACTION OR RELATIONSHIP.

• Email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link contained in any Company email, or reply "UNSUBSCRIBE" where an automated unsubscribe link is not provided.
• Phone Calls: Communicate your opt-out preference to a Company representative by phone, text, or email. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to honor all opt-out requests promptly. The Company does not sell, rent, or disclose PII to third parties for independent marketing or promotional purposes. PII pertaining to Authorized Customers and related non-personally identifiable information may be shared with the following categories of recipients, strictly as necessary to provide the Services:
• Company employees, contractors, and agents who require access for legitimate operational purposes and are contractually bound to use PII solely in connection with providing the Services;
• Third-party service providers engaged to assist with Site operations, lead management, transaction facilitation, and related services, subject to confidentiality obligations;
• Real estate-related service providers, including mortgage lenders, title companies, and insurance brokers, where disclosure is necessary to evaluate or facilitate a specific transaction requested by an Authorized Customer;
• Affiliated agencies and third-party vendors who receive aggregated, non-personally identifiable demographic data for analytical or operational purposes.

B. Business Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing transaction, or other transfer of business operations involving the Company, PII held by the Company may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction. The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any successor entity continues to protect PII in a manner consistent with this Policy.

C. Legal Disclosures
The Company reserves the right and may be legally required to disclose PII to governmental authorities, law enforcement agencies, or intelligence agencies pursuant to a court order, subpoena, regulatory inquiry, or other lawful legal process. The Company cooperates with law enforcement in identifying individuals who use the Services for unlawful purposes and reserves the right to report activities it reasonably believes to be unlawful or in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

VI. Storage and Security of Personally Identifiable Information
PII collected by the Company is stored in secure systems consistent with current industry standards. Access to PII is restricted to a limited number of authorized employees and contractors who require such access for legitimate operational purposes and who are subject to confidentiality obligations. The Company maintains and audits its security systems and processes on a regular basis.

The Company employs encryption protocols and other commercially reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect PII transmitted over the Internet and stored within its systems. Notwithstanding these measures, no electronic communication or database system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Company cannot warrant or guarantee that its systems will be free from unauthorized access, errors, tampering, or breaches, and shall not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Customers for any such occurrences to the extent permitted by applicable law.

VII. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information about user interactions, preferences, and usage patterns. Cookies are small data files placed on your device by the Site's server that enable the Site to recognize your browser and retain certain information across sessions. The Company uses cookies for the following purposes:
• To identify and store user preferences and settings for a personalized Site experience;
• To associate authenticated sessions with newly created Authorized Customer accounts;
• To collect aggregate usage and traffic data for the purpose of analyzing trends, improving Site performance, and administering Site infrastructure;
• To enhance security measures for the protection of Authorized Customer accounts and data.

The Company also uses log-in and server log data, including IP addresses, ISP information, browser types, and session duration, to analyze usage trends and maintain the technical integrity of the Site. Most web browsers allow users to control cookie settings through browser preferences. Disabling cookies may limit certain functionality of the Site. The Company does not respond to Do Not Track signals transmitted by users' Internet browsers.

Please be advised that due to data backup procedures and records-retention obligations, it may be technically impracticable to delete all instances of a user's PII. Where full deletion is not technically feasible, the Company will functionally deactivate the relevant PII such that it is no longer accessible for operational use. The Company will not sell, transfer, or disclose deactivated PII to any third party outside its business operations.

C. Non-Discrimination
The Company does not and shall not discriminate against any Visitor or Authorized Customer for exercising any right afforded to them under this Policy or applicable privacy law. Prohibited discriminatory practices include, without limitation, denying goods or services, charging differential prices or rates, or providing a lower quality of service based solely on the exercise of privacy rights. The Company reserves the right, however, to offer differentiated pricing or services where such differences are directly and reasonably related to the value of the consumer's data as permitted by applicable law.
